Our professional settlement fee for the sale of Perth and Western Australian properties is $650.00, which includes GST and office disbursements.
If you do not have a mortgage registered on your property, our settlement fee is reduced to $600.00, as this usually results in less work for us.
Statutory costs and disbursements are fees which are incurred by us on your behalf and are charged in addition to our settlement fee. An estimate of these can be found below.
If you are comparing quotes for your settlement, make sure you check what is included in the fees you have been quoted. Unfortunately it is common for an attractive set price fee to exclude services that are necessary in effecting your settlement.
If you have been quoted a price lower than ours, provide us with a copy of a genuine quote and we will beat it by 10%.

The above fixed price settlement fees include GST and our professional time for attending to the successful completion of your settlement and all office disbursements (such as telephone calls, stationery and standard postage).
We also include services which some settlement agents charge extra for, including verification of identity, settlement attendance, meeting with you as required and lodgment of documents after settlement.
